The non-phospho-GPER/GPR30 antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human GPER/GPR30. It can be used to detect total GPER/GPR30 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The GPER/GPR30 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich GPER/GPR30 receptors from tissue lysates.
